Here are few recommendations on how to mindfully eat.
1. Make the commitment - set aside a few minutes each day to be in the moment with either a snack or a meal.
2. Make a simple food choice- try with just one type of food or single food such as a strawberry.
3. Offer your full attention - Use all your senses to taste and enjoy the food.
