I work with women on reaching their full wellness potential in all capacities. Women who need help with metabolic "slow down" during menopause, IBS ( Low-FODMAP diet), PCOS challenges, digestion issues, gut health, post-partum health (I have been there twice!) or women who just want to feel their best. As integrative dietitian nutritionist, I will look at you beyond diet and exercise. We'll focus on your gut health, sleep quality and stress management. When appropriate I will recommed supplements and mind body modalities (i.e. acupuncture, yoga). No time to meeet in person we can telefconference or chat over the phone.
