Who do you work with?

Margot consults with individuals 1:1 and group settings. I work with individuals on specific issues (i.e. autoimmune, post-partum health, IBS, gut health, diet for your lifestyle, food allergies/sensitivities) who want to feel their best. For families, I can help make meal times less stressful and focus on nutrition goals for the whole family.  My goal is to improve quality of life and meet you "where you are".

I also work with the food industry creating beautiful content and recipes.

What can I expect from my first nutrition consultation?

During our first appointment we'll review  your challenges and/or barriers.  We will also look at recent life changes, medications, labs and/or tests, sleep quality, and stress. As an integrative and functional nutrition dietitian, I will consider your lifestyle and look at you as a whole person. We'll set up goals based on your needs.

Nutrition Coaching?

Wellness Services are packaged in 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month. I also offer a budget friendly monthly membership option. When we work long term together you will see and experience the change. Lifestyle changes do not happen overnight and we will focus on "process goals". Our follow up sessions can take approximately 30 min to 1 hr. These are the most important because it is when we will celebrate your successes and find ways to overcome your barriers.

What is your approach as an integrative registered dietitian nutritionist?

When you enroll in my wellbeing services, we have a true collaboration and I take into account you as the whole person. See more about integrative RDN here

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept health insurance. All services are self-pay. However, I will provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. See insurance and scheduling for more information.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You must provide 24 hours cancellation notice unless it is an emergency. Failure to cancel will result in a charge for the full service (virtual or in person).
